1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, purchasing a product, completing the quiz, making a booking, downloading a resource, submitting an enquiry or registering for a service, you agree to these Terms where applicable.
Separate written agreements may apply to coaching, consulting, speaking or other engagements. If there is an inconsistency, the separate written agreement applies to that engagement.
2. Business identity and eligibility
The website is operated by Nida Farihah Hisni, a sole trader trading as Ratu Nida Farihah.
The website, quiz and services are intended for people aged 18 and over.
3. Nature of website content
Website content is educational and informational. It may discuss trauma, self-abandonment, recovery, emotional wellbeing, identity, relationships, boundaries and psychological safety.
Content is not medical advice, psychological advice, psychiatric advice, counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, legal advice or financial advice.
Using the website, reading content, completing the quiz, downloading material, attending a workshop or communicating through a form does not create a doctor-patient, psychologist-client, therapist-client, counsellor-client or healthcare-provider relationship. Trauma-informed coaching and education are not substitutes for clinical care.
The website and services are not emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing suicidal thoughts, at risk of self-harm or facing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. In Australia, call 000 for immediate emergencies.
4. Self-Abandonment Scale quiz terms
The Self-Abandonment Scale is a reflective educational tool. It is not clinically diagnostic, does not assess or confirm a mental-health condition, and should not be used as the only basis for medical, safety or wellbeing decisions.
Results are generated from the answers provided and may not capture your full circumstances. Participation is voluntary, no outcome is guaranteed, and you may stop at any time.
5. Coaching, consulting, speaking, workshops and programs
Coaching
Coaching supports reflection, personal growth, communication, identity, leadership and practical action. It does not diagnose or treat mental illness and is not psychotherapy or counselling. Clients remain responsible for their decisions, wellbeing and actions. Outcomes differ between individuals.
Consulting and speaking
Scope, deliverables, fees and timelines may be governed by a separate proposal or agreement. Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback. Strategic and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed, and clients remain responsible for implementation and business decisions.
Workshops and group programs
Participation is voluntary. Participants must respect privacy and boundaries, and should not record sessions without written permission. The business cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory or abusive conduct may result in removal, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Digital products, payments, bookings and refunds
Digital products and downloads are provided under a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, teach, publish, modify or commercially exploit materials without written permission.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Stripe may process payments. You must provide accurate billing details and pay by the stated due date. Taxes may apply.
Calendly may be used to arrange calls or sessions. A booking may not be confirmed until any required payment, acceptance or written confirmation is received. You are responsible for checking time zones.
Refunds and cancellations depend on the product or service purchased. Digital content may not be refundable merely because of change of mind once access or download has been provided, except where required by law. Separate coaching, workshop, consulting or speaking cancellation terms may apply.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual property
Homecoming, The Homecoming Framework, the Self-Abandonment Scale, quiz questions and scoring structure, educational frameworks, worksheets, exercises, workshop materials, written content, visual content, videos, audio, branding, website copy, digital resources, presentations, book excerpts and consulting methodologies remain owned by Nida Farihah Hisni or applicable licensors.
8. Prohibited use and user submissions
You must not copy or scrape the website, reproduce the quiz, reverse-engineer scoring logic, frame or mirror the website, resell materials, republish content, use materials to train or fine-tune an AI model without written permission, generate derivative commercial products, impersonate another person, attempt unlawful access, introduce malware, harass others, misuse forms or infringe rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent ordinary lawful quotation, review, criticism or other uses permitted by law.
If you submit testimonials, feedback or form content, you retain ownership of your original content and confirm you have the right to submit it. Testimonials should not be published with identifying details without permission. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
9. Testimonials, third parties, availability and liability
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. Coaching, business, emotional or personal-development outcomes depend on many factors.
The website may link to third parties. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. The business is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but information may change, access may be interrupted and errors may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the business is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of free website content or the quiz, or for decisions made solely in reliance on general educational content. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees.
You agree to indemnify the business, subject to applicable law, for loss arising from unlawful use, deliberate misconduct, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension, privacy, changes and governing law
Access may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated breach, unlawful conduct, abuse or intellectual-property infringement.
Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated from time to time, with the revised date shown on this page. Material changes should apply prospectively where appropriate.
